Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location. Custom and print-on-demand items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Free on orders over $50): 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
- International Shipping: 10-20 business days (via DHL Express and USPS)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier performance. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Fulfillment Locations
To ensure faster delivery, your order may be fulfilled from one of our multiple warehouse locations across the United States. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50
- Shipping costs for orders under $50 and international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
